     Chile Rellenos

Ingredients
14 oz can whole green chiles
8 oz monterey jack cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
5 oz can evaporated milk
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup milk
8 oz can green chile sauce
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and spray 9x13 pan with Pam
Lay 1/2 of chiles in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of cheeses and cover with rest of chiles.
In bowl, mix eggs, milks, and flour. Pour this over chiles.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and pour green chile sauce over top. Return to oven for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve.
Serving Suggestions
Can substitue 8 oz tomato sauce for green chile sauce if you prefer.
