Mix spinach,stuffing, cheese,butter, onion powder, eggs, nutmeg. Shape into 1 inch balls . Cover and refrig until ready to bake. Bake at 350 10-15 minutes when ready
Mustard sauce...combine dry mustard and white vinegar. cover and let stand at room temp for 4 hours. mix 1/4 C sugar and 1 egg yolk in pan. Add mustard mixture and cook over low heat stirring until slightly thickened, Cover and chill..Serve at room temp
