On waxed paper or foil, pat meat into a 12x10 inch rectangle. Arrange ham atop meat, leaving a small margin around edges. Sprinkle shredded cheese over ham. Starting from short end, carefully roll up meat, using paper to lift; seal edges amd ends.
Place roll, seam side down in a 13x9 baking pan.
Bake 350 degrees til done, Approx 1 1/4 hours. (Center of roll will be pink due to ham). Place cheese wedges over top of roll; return to oven till cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
