     Zucchini Spinach Penne

Ingredients
1/2 Zucchini
1 Large mushroom (or several small)
1/2 Small head of spinach
2 Ounces cream cheese
Garlic to taste
1/4 Cup butter
 
Instructions
Chop mushroom & grate zucchini.
Satuee in butter over medium heat. Add garlic.
Once veggies are soft, add cream cheese. Stir until melted.
Add spinach and cook until soft. Ladle over hot penne pasta.
