Ingredients
1 Chocolate cake mix as directed on package
ICING
4 ounce cream cheese
1 cup powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla
9 ounce cool whip
 
Instructions
Prepare cake mix as directed in 9 x 13 pan. Cool.
Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold in cool whip.. do not beat with beaters. Spread on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
