Preheat oven to 350 F. Brown turkey, mix in taco seasoning and
water. Remove pan from heat and stir in 1 cup or salsa.
Arrange 4 tortillas in bottom and up side of baking dish. Spoon
turkey mixture evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese
and half the onion.
Top with remaining 4 tortillas and press down over the filling.
Spread remaining salsa over tortillas then sprinkle with remaining
cheese and onion.
Bake 30 minutes.
