     Cream Corn

Ingredients
8 ears fresh corn, shucked
1/2 pt heavy cream
1 t salt
1 t pepper
2 T sugar
1 stick butter
 

Instructions
Take corn and cut kernels off the cob. In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add corn, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir until sugar has melted. Turn heat to high and add heavy cream until it boils. Then turn heat to med, simmer for 20 min or until corn sauce thickens. Ready to serve.
