     Beef Pot Roast

Ingredients
3 - 4 lb rump roast
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pkg dried onion soup mix
pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Put 1 can soup on double piece of foil enought to wrap around roast. On top of that, put 1 pkg of dried onion soup mix. Pepper roast and put on top. Add remaining soup and onion to top of roast. Wrap in foil and place in shallow pan. Bake in 300 oven for 1 1/4 hours per pound.
