Cook sausage in oil over med heat until brown on both sides. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Set aside to cool.
Blend flour and drippings in saucepan. Add salt and pepper. Stir in milk until gravy thickens and bubbles about one minute. Crumble sausage into gravy and simmer for 5 min. If gravy is too thick add more milk. Serve over biscuits.
