     Bul-Go-Ki

Ingredients
3 lb. beef, sliced in thin strips
1 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. toasted and crushed sesame seeds
1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 Tbsp. Accent
3-6 spring onions, chopped
 
Juice from 1 lemon
1 piece ginger root (1 inch) finely chopped

Instructions
Rinse meat with cold water and pat dry. In large bowl mix the meat with sugar and sesame oil, mix well. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Marinate 10-=24 hours in refrigerator. Make sure you cover container.
Broil in oven as you would steak. This doesn't take long to cook....a matter of minutes. So keep a good eye on it.
