     Artichoke Spread

Ingredients
1 14 oz. can of artichokes (drained and mashed)
1 C mayonnaise (real kind -- no Miracle Whip)
1 C grated parmesan cheese
1 egg (beaten)
 

Instructions
mix all ingredients together. Pour into small souffle dish (oven safe, with straight sides if possible).
Bake at 350 degrees until brown and puffy.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with cocktail-sized rye bread or with crackers/pita chips
