1 quart milk (I use non-dairy creamer, diluted if making with meat meal)
4 eggs beaten
1 stick butter (or margarine)
8 C herbed croutons
1/2 t sage
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 C chopped onions
1/2 t celery salt
1/2 t curry powder
2 T parsley
Instructions
Simmer milk, butter, onions & seasoning in large pan. After all
blended, add croutons, then eggs. After all combined, pour into
buttered casserole pan (I use 9X12 aluminum pan). Bake at 350
degrees for 1 hour or until top is caramel colored.
