cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add flour. Mix well. Press
into 9X12 (or 13) pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until
light brown.
Beat eggs. Add remaining topping ingredients. Mix well. Pour
over baked layer and return to oven at 325 degrees. Bake for 20 to
25 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
When set, cut into squares.
