     Baked scalloped corn

Ingredients
1 large can (15.25 oz) whole corn, drained
1 large can (15.25 oz) creamed corn
1 stick melted butter or oleo
2 eggs, beaten
1 small package Jiffy corn muffin mix
8 ounce sour cream
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 1.5 quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
If you double the recipe, put into a 9x13 pan and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
