     Skillet Cabbage

Ingredients
1 lg. cabbage, cored and cut into about 1 inch dice.
2-3 pieces bacon, diced
1 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Placed diced bacon in a large cast iron skillet. Cook until almost crisp.
Add cabbage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour chicken broth over top of cabbage. Cover and simmer for five to ten minutes. Stir every two to three minutes.
Remove from heat when desired doneness is achieved. Serve immediately.
