1 lg. cabbage, cored and cut into about 1 inch dice.

2-3 pieces bacon, diced
|
|
1 cup chicken broth
|
|
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |

|
Placed diced bacon in a large cast iron skillet. Cook until almost crisp.
|

Add cabbage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
|
|
|
Pour chicken broth over top of cabbage.
Cover and simmer for five to ten minutes.
Stir every two to three minutes.
|
|
|
Remove from heat when desired doneness is achieved. Serve immediately.
