Blend first five ingredients in processor. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made one day ahead. cover and chill.)
Cut bread horizontally all the way across. Pull or cuto out enough interior of bread to leave 1 1/2-inch thick shell.
Spread dressing on cut side of bottom bread shell.
Layer salami, cheese, peppers, onion, and tomatoes about 3 - 4 times in that order. Spread remaining dressing on cut side of top bread shell; press on top of filling and wrap tightly in plastic. (This too can be made one day ahead. Cover and chill.)
