     Peach Pie

Ingredients
Filling
5 Cup fresh peaches sliced
1 cup sugar
1/3-1/2 cup flour
1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon
Streusel Topping
1/2 cup flour
6 T butter
 
4 T Sugar
1 1/2-2 t cinnamon
1/3 cup quick oats

Instructions
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Wash peel and slice peaches. Mix together peaches and dry mixture. Turn into pastry lined pie pan.
Mix together topping ingredients cutting the butter in. Sprinkle evenly over top.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through the slits in the crust.
Pie may be frozen for future use.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with cool whip or vanilla ice cream.
