     Double Choc Chip Muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs
125ml oil
240ml milk
1 tsp vanilla
240g plain flour
85g sugar
35g cocoa
1 tbls baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
 
85g semi sweet choc chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C and prepare muffin pan by greasing it.
In a large bowl mix well the eggs, oil, milk and vanilla. In a smaller bowl mix well the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and choc chips. Combine wet and dry mixture and fold together gently until just mixed.
Spoon into prepared pan and sprinkle choc chips on top of each. Bake at 200C for 20 mins. Remove from pan and cool on rack
Serving Suggestions
sprinkle extra choc on top when ready
