4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
|

1/4 cup all purpose flour
|
|
1/2 tsp garlic salt
|
|
1/4 tsp ground blk pepper
|
|
1/2 tsp dried oregano
|
|
1 tbs olive oil
|
|
1 tbs butter
|
|
1 pkg fresh sliced mushrooms
|
|
2/3 cup Marsala wine
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix flour, garlic salt, pepper and oregano in plastic bag and set aside.

Heat oil and butter over medium heat. Shake chicken breasts in bagged mixture, shake off excess and brown in skillet for 2 minutes.
|

|
Turn chicken over and add mushrooms. Cook 2 minutes. Stir mushrooms and add Marsala wine. Cover, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
