Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   4

Ingredients
1 pound pork tenderloin
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tbs sherry cooking wine
4 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp corn starch
Cooked egg noodles

Instructions
Trim pork of fat. Brown chops in skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
Combine garlic, sherry, soy sauce, brown sugar and red pepper. Pour over chops and cover. Simmer over low heat until chops are tender and cooked through, approx 20 min. Turn once, adding water if necessary to keep sauce from cooking down too much.
Stir cornstarch in 2 tbs water and add to pan. Cook until thickened.
Cook egg noodles according to package. Put on platter. Top with pork and pour sauce over top.
