Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine hamburger, rice, grated onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Place in wilted cabbage leaf.

Place remaining leaves in bottom of Dutch oven. Add rolls, seam side down. Add sliced onions. Pour tomato sauce, tomatoes, lemon juice and salt and pepper and brown sugar. Add second row of rolls, add sliced onions, tomato sauce, tomatoes, lemon juice and salt and pepper and brown sugar.
