1 can (6oz.) light water-packed tuna, drained & flaked
1 celery rib, finely chopped
1/4 c. fat-free mayo
1/4 t. pepper
2 whole wheat tortillas (8in.) room temperature
1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1 sm carrot, shredded
4 slices tomato
2 slices red onion, separated into rings
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
Instructions
In a sm. bowl, combine the tuna, celery, mayo, & pepper. Spoon tuna mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, carrot tomato, onion, & egg. Roll up tightly; secure with toothpicks.
