     Southwest Steak

Ingredients
1/4 c. lime juice
6 garlic cloves, minced
4 t. chili powder
4 t. canola oil
1 t. salt
1 t. crushed red pepper flakes
1 t. pepper
2 beef flank steaks (1 lb. each)
 

Instructions
In a lg. resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients; add the beef. Seal bag & turn to coat; refrigerate for 4 hrs. or overnight.
Drain & discard marinade. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill beef, covered, over med. heat for 5-7 min. on each side or unti meat reached desired doneness (for med.-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees, med.---160 degrees, well done--170 degrees.
Let stand for 5 min. thinly slice across the grain.
