     Chile Rellenos Bake

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 (4 oz) cans whole chile
2 C Cheddar Cheese
1/4 C Flour
4 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 C milk
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
 

Instructions
In skillet, brown ground beef and onion, drain off fat. Season with salt and pepper. Place on can of chiles crosswise on top of meat. Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper; beat until smooth. Pour over meat mixture; top with more cheese.
Bake in 350 degrees oven 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes; cut into squares.
