Pull apart lettuce and radicchio and wash and dry well. Slice
radicchio into strips. In a large salad bowl, toss lettuce, radicchio
strips and pear slices with balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle blue cheese
and nuts over salad. Drizzle honey on top.
