Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel the apples and dice them. Place them in a saucepan with just
a splash of water in the bottom. Add 2 T sugar and heat down to a
simmer - stirring continuously until you turn it down. Simmer until
soft and sweet.

Crumble the flour and butter together by rubbing the mixture
together between your hands. When butter is completely blended,
add the brown sugar and 1-2 tsp of cinnamon and stir the sugar
through the crumble mix with a fork until thoroughly mixed.

|
Place apples on the bottom of a baking dish, poor crumble on top,
decorate with cornflakes or cinnamon sticks.
Put in oven for 30-40 minutes
