     French's Crispy Chicken

Ingredients
4 Boneless skinless Chicken Thighs
1 cup French's Fried Onions (I use the large container)
1 Egg
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat an egg in a shallow bowl. Put French's Fried Onions in a baggy and crush them
Dip chicken in egg and then roll the chicken through the French's Fried Onions. Place on a baking pan covered with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes. (I did 30 minutes)
Serving Suggestions
You can add different seasonings to the crushed fried onions.
