     Cottage Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lb. bag hash browns
1-16 oz. carton sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 t. salt
Pepper
onion
1/2 c. melted butter
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together well. Place in 8x8 pan. Sprinkle 2 cups corn flakes over potatoes. Drizzle 1/8 cup melted butter over corn flake crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Can use mushroom soup and butter can also be omitted.
