     Meat Balls

Ingredients
1.5 lb of ground sirloin
1 lb of ground pork
1 lb of ground veal
2 eggs
1/4 cup of grated parmesean cheese
1/4 cup of italian bread crumbs
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp montreal steak seasoning
 
1/4 cup parsley flakes

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Roll into 1.5 inch diameter balls by hand.
Drop into cooking spaghetti sauce.
Simmer for 2 hours over low heat. Watch pot so that it does not bubble. LOW HEAT!
