2 eggs

2.5 lbs ground chuck

1C bread crumbs

1 med. onion, chopped

1/4 C green & red bell peppers, chopped

2 TB horse radish
|

2.5 tsp salt

1 tsp dry mustard
|
|
1/4 C milk (or 2.5 oz evaporated milk)

Instructions |

|
In large bowl, beat eggs with fork, slightly.
|
|
|
Mix in meat, bread crumbs, onion peppers, horse radish, salt, mustard and milk. Mix well.
|
|
|
Put in loaf pan. Top with ketchup. Bake 1-1.5 hours.
