     Mini Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 (14 oz) package Kin Hawaiian Rolls (buttery)
3 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chutney (major grey's)
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 lb very thinkly sliced smoked turkey
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
 
1/4 cup grated onion

Instructions
Remove rolls from tray and slice in half horizontally, using a serrated knife. Return to tray.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream. Beat at low speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in chutney, curry powder and red pepper. Spread chutney mixture on cut sides of top halves of rolls. Set aside.
Please turkey on bottown half of rolls on top of cream cheese mixture. Combine cranberry sauce and onion, stir well. Spread cranberry mixture over turkey. Cover with tops of rolls.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes or until sandwhiches are thoroughly heated. To serve, cut sandwhiches with a sharp knife.
