Fry chuck and chilis. add cheese. Sauce in another pan. Put some sauce in your baking dish.
Dip shells in sauce set aside.after saucing all shell spoon meat mixture into shells. Then roll up all ends must be tucked.Put into baking pan, after rolling up all shells pour remaining sauce on top the rolled shells and then top with cheese.
Bake on 350 degrees until cheese is melted. You can also freeze and store them.
