     Teriyaki Steak (or chicken) Skillet

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Oil
1 boneless beef sirloin steak cut into strips
or 4 Chicken breasts cut into strips
2 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup teriyaki sauce
2 cups Minute Brown or White rice, uncooked
4 cups small broccoli florets
 

Instructions
HEAT oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add Steak(or chicken) and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
ADD water and the teriyaki sauce; stir. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
LET stand 5 minutes, then fluff with fork.
