HEAT oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add Steak(or chicken) and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
ADD water and the teriyaki sauce; stir. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
LET stand 5 minutes, then fluff with fork.
