3 large shiitake mushrooms, soaked, rinsed, sliced
25 dried tiger lily buds, soaked, rinsed
Instructions
Combine all ingredients well and place in a heatproof plate with a rim. Place in a steamer, bring to a full steam and turn down to medium high. Steam 20 minutes or until done. Serve in steaming dish.
