     Cobbler

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
Berries of Choice
Sugar
Flour
Milk
Butter

Instructions
Use a casserole dish to make your cobbler. Cover the bottom of pan with berries of your choice. The amount of other ingredients will be dictated by the size of your pan. For a 9x9 sized pan, use 1 cup of everything. However, for a 9x13 sized pan, use 1 and 1/2 cups of other ingredients.
Melt the butter before mixing all of the ingredients together. Once they are all mixed, pour the mixture into the pan to cover the berries. To add a bit of southern goodness, place small slices of butter over the top of the dish before placing it into the oven.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the crust is a golden brown. As soon as the dish is out of the oven, place more small slices of butter over the top of the dish. Also, sprinkle sugar over the top. Let the butter and sugar soak in before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve either just cobbler or serve with ice cream
