2 pieces of pita bread (or French bread, English muffins, or bagles)
1/2 cup bottled spagetti sauce
A few chopped veggies, such as broccoli, green pepper, mushrooms or tomatoes
1/2 cup grated soy cheese or dairy cheese (optional)
Instructions
Heat oven or toaster oven to 350. Spread bread with spagetti sauce and top with veggies and cheese, if using. If omitting cheese, top veggies with a little sauce ot keep them from drying out.
Place in the oven or toaster oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Serves 1 to 2.
