     Chocolate Coma

Ingredients
12 oz package soft, frim or extra firm silken tofu
12 oz package semi sweet chocolate chips or sweetened carob chips
 

Instructions
Puree tofu in a blender or food processor In a small saucepan, melt chocolate or carob chips over low heat
Add melted chocolate or carob to tofu and blend until smooth. Pour into dessert dishes and chill for at least 4 hours. For a pie, pour into a graham cracker crust. For a raspberry pie, add 8 to 10 oz raspbery all fruit preserves to chocolate tofu mixture and blend. Pour into crust and chill. Chocolate Coma Freeze- Sppon mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze until firm. Spoon into dessert dishes to serve.
Graham Cracker Crust- Grind 12 graham crackers and blend with 5 tbsp of soft soy or dairy free margirine. Press into a pie pan.
