Mix, knead inn more flour if necessary.
|
|
|
|
Roll very thin on well-floured board. Roll dough up and slice width of noodles preferred. Shake out onto floured cloth.

|
|
Put in chicken broth and cook. Add milk and cook for a little while more.
|
|
|
|
Add chicken and heat thoroughly.
