Prepare grill as for steaks; put aluminum foil on grill and poke holes in it. Place fish on foil.
Combine salad dressing, margarine, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and lime juice; use to baste fish as it cooks.
Grill fish 10 to 15 minutes per side, basting often.
During last five minutes of cooking, add a slice of cheese to each fillet; cook until cheese melts slightly.
