Instructions |

Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Stir in water and Macaroni. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
