     Black-Eyed Pea Dip

Ingredients
1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbls. minced onion
1 Tbls. diced jalapeno pepper
1. Tbls. jalapeno juice
1 1/2 cups grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (3oz.) can deviled ham
3 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
 

Instructions
Cook peas 2 minutes and drain. Lightly mash peas. Mis them with salt and next 6 ingredients. Pour into a 9 inch round baking dish, and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm.
