     Easy Easy Pork Cutlets

Ingredients
4 Pork cutlets
1 large onion
4 medium potatoes
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Water
2 tbsps olive oil
 
Instructions
In a large skillet,brown pork cutlets on both sides in olive oil.
Slice onion all over the top of cutlets. Slice potatoes over the top of the onions. Garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Add water until covering potatoes. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and pork is fork tender.
