     Fall Creek Vineyard Avacado Soup

Ingredients
2 peeled avacados, sliced
1 green onion (white part only) sliced
1 1/2 cups boiling water w/ 2 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup half and half
2 tbls Fall Creek Vineyards Johannisberg Riesling
Salt to taste
 
Instructions
Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Chill for minimum 3 hours. Garnish with green onion tops sliced very thin. Serves 4-6.

Fall Creek Johannisberg Riesling or Fall Creek MISSION Sauvignon Blanc
