     McReynolds Winery Crock Pot Beef Roast

Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, sliced
2 large carrots, sliced
2 onions, sliced
3-5 lb beef pot roast
pinch salt
pepper to taste
3-4 sprigs parsley
1/2 cup red wine or beef broth
 

Instructions
Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper meat. Place meat on top of vegetables. Put parsley on top of meat. Add liquid. Cover. Cook on low 10-12 hours on high 5-6 hours.
