Mix marinade ingredients in zip lock bag and add steak. Leave at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. If cold, bring up to room temperature, shake off excess marinade and then grill either in grill pan that has been oiled with olive oil or outside on grill- 6 minutes a side for rare or 8 minutes per side for medium. Place on cutting board and re-season with salt and black pepper. Rest for 10-15 minutes and slice thinly across the grain.
Serve with crusty bread and grilled fresh vegetables or a green salad.
