While the chicken sauce is simmering, heat about 4 T olive oil in small pan on medium/high heat. Dip each corn tortilla in the pan for just a few seconds. Place each tortilla in the sauce and then place it in a 9X13” casserole dish.
Finish one layer of six tortillas, spread chicken chile sauce and sprinkle both cheeses on top. Make two more layers of
tortillas, sauce and cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
