     Dry Comal Creek Grilled Banana Short Cake

Ingredients
3 biscuits cut in half
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2oz molasses
2 oz Dry Comal Creek Orange Muscat
2 bananas cut in half lengthwise w/ skin still on
1/4 stick unsalted butter
 

Instructions
Whip the heavy cream and sugar together until soft peaks form then on low slowly add the flavorings. Remove and keep in cool place. Melt butter and molasses and set aside.
On a medium high hot grill, place the bananas on the grill banana skin side up for about 2 minutes or until the banana starts to char. Flip banana over on its skin and cook for 2 minutes more. Remove and brush with the melted glazed butter.
Remove the bananas from the skin, place on top of the biscuit halves and add the flavored whipped cream on top and enjoy.
