Fry meat with onion in margarine until limp, add seasoning and soup, stirring over medium heat to mix and blend.
In greased casserole, combine meat mixture with noodles. Sprinkle cheese and chives on top, cover and bake in 350F oven for 30 min. until bubbly and hot.
Combine sauce ingredients and serve on top.
