Using wooden spoon or electric mixer, beat sugar & butter in large bowl until pale and fluffy. Add eggs one @ a time beating well after each.Add orange peel, orange juice & yogurt; mix all well. Batter will be quite liquid.

Mix dry ingredients then sprinkle flour mix then chocolate mix over the batter. Fold gently just enough to blend in the flour. Spoon into either foil lined or greased muffin cups.Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
Food Processor Method:

Put chunks of chocolate in processor & chop coarse. Tip out onto waxed paper. Remove orange peel w/vegetable peeler. Put peel & sugar in processor and process about 2 minutes until peel is finely chopped.Add butter;process till creamy

Add eggs, one at a time, processing after each addition. Add yogurt, orange juice, baking powder & soda; process a few seconds to blend. Scrape mixture into large bowl & gently fold in the flour & chocolate. Continue as above
