Cook ground beef, onion and garlic over med-high heat stirring frequently, until beed of cooked; drain. Stir in soup and chiles.
Spray slow cooker the cooking sray. Spread about 1/4 c of the enchilada sauce in the bootm. Place 4 tortillas overlapping on bottom. Top with 1/3 of mixture, spreading evenly. Drizzle 1/4 c enchilada sauce and 1 c of cheese. Repeat layering twice
Cook on low for 4 hours 30 minutes.
